02 · Business value

Employee health creates measurable business value

Healthier people. Stronger performance. A stronger organisation.

Employee wellbeing is more than a perk. It influences absence levels, productivity, retention and the indirect costs carried by the organisation.

53%

fewer days of absence

Gallup research indicates that employees classified as “thriving” in wellbeing miss 53% fewer workdays due to health issues than employees with low wellbeing.

32%

lower attrition risk

The same employees are also 32% less likely to be actively looking for a new job.

USD 1.70–5.30

returned per USD invested

The CDC cites examples of comprehensive wellbeing programmes reporting savings of USD 1.70 to 5.30 for every USD 1 invested in the programme.

What does this mean for employers?

Well-designed wellbeing initiatives can support:

  • ↓ absence
  • ↑ productivity
  • ↑ engagement
  • ↑ employee retention
  • ↑ organisational culture
  • ↓ indirect costs related to employee health issues

LAVIE Workplace Wellness leads to action

LAVIE Workplace Wellness is designed so that wellbeing does not end with a one-off activity for the team.

We establish the starting point → identify concrete actions → support their implementation → return to the employee during the follow-up.

Because investing in wellbeing pays off most when it leads to action.

The figures quoted refer to workplace wellbeing research and programmes run by independent organisations and are not a guarantee of the results of the LAVIE Workplace Wellness programme.

03 · Why wellbeing matters

Four questions the programme answers

01

Why is employee health an investment rather than a cost?

Employees in good physical condition bring more energy, focus and day-to-day effectiveness to work. Preventive wellbeing initiatives also help identify areas that need attention earlier.

02

How do healthy habits influence energy, focus and performance?

Even small changes in nutrition, hydration, sleep or activity can improve how people feel and function during the working day. What matters is that the recommendations are simple and realistic to apply.

03

Why do one-off wellbeing events rarely create lasting change?

A single event can raise awareness, but lasting change needs time and feedback. That is why LAVIE Wellness also includes follow-ups that help employees sustain new habits.

04

How can you support employees without complex programmes and long rollouts?

Through a short consultation, a measurement, a few concrete recommendations and a later follow-up. Employees receive clear guidance and the company can run the programme with minimal organisational effort.

03 · Our philosophy

“We don’t stop at the measurement. We help turn results into action.”

Wellness Days are more than a one-off body composition test.

Participants receive a baseline measurement, a discussion of their results and individual recommendations in writing, sent by email — and, depending on the package, online follow-ups and progress measurements at the office.

This allows them to track progress, return to agreed goals and gradually build new daily habits.

The company chooses the scope that fits the team — from a short starter package to a three-month support programme.

04 · On-site meeting

What happens during the on-site meeting?

  1. 01professional body composition analysis
  2. 02discussion of the results
  3. 03a short lifestyle interview
  4. 04identification of the key areas to improve
  5. 05personalised recommendations
  6. 06a written summary sent by email

05 · Body composition analysis

What do we measure during the analysis?

Select a parameter to see why it matters for health.

Hydration

Total body water in relation to body weight.

Proper hydration affects focus, energy levels and how people feel throughout the working day.

Every parameter is explained in plain language, together with what it means for the participant’s health.

Professional body composition analysis

TANITA MC-580 M

Measurements are performed using the professional TANITA MC-580 M segmental body composition analyser.

The 8-electrode system provides a detailed body composition assessment and enables segmental analysis of the arms, legs and trunk. Results are available immediately after the measurement and can be used to monitor changes throughout the programme.

Professional equipment. Clear results. Measurable progress.

06 · Action plan

A personalised action plan

Every participant receives recommendations based on their analysis results and a short lifestyle interview.

Practical guidance on

  • nutrition
  • hydration
  • physical activity
  • recovery
  • daily habits that support health

Scope of the nutrition consultation

Each participant receives a brief individual nutrition consultation focused on everyday eating habits and practical lifestyle changes.

During the consultation, we discuss the participant's current habits and identify realistic areas for improvement. The participant receives personalised recommendations on food choices, meal structure and habits that may support their overall wellbeing.

The consultation does not include a personalised meal plan or specialist dietary therapy. If more comprehensive nutritional support is needed, an individual dietetic consultation may be recommended as a separate service.

12 · FAQ

Frequently asked questions

A single consultation, including the body composition analysis, takes around 15–20 minutes.

Yes. The consultations require a separate, quiet room so each employee has comfort and privacy during the conversation and the measurement.

No. Fasting is not required. We do recommend that employees avoid eating for about two hours before the measurement.

The employee steps onto a professional body composition analyser, which measures the key parameters of the body. The results are then discussed during a short consultation.

Yes. We do not perform the analysis for people with a pacemaker or another implanted electronic medical device, or for pregnant women. In such cases the employee can still take part in the consultation, without the body composition analysis.

Follow-ups are held remotely — via WhatsApp or by phone. Employees can discuss their progress, ask questions and receive further guidance.

In a single day we can deliver the body composition analysis and individual consultations for around 20 employees.

13 · Let’s talk

Let’s talk about a wellbeing programme for your organisation

Healthier people. Stronger performance. A stronger organisation.

If you want to introduce wellbeing based on concrete, simple actions that people can apply every day, let’s talk.

One programme. A clear process.

We start with a measurement and a short consultation, employees then apply their individual recommendations, and the following meetings make it possible to review progress and sustain engagement.

That way your company gets a coherent wellbeing programme rather than a one-off activity.

We tailor the programme to

  • the number of employees
  • the size and profile of the organisation
  • the number of days needed to run the consultations
  • the follow-up schedule
  • the specific needs of your company
